YESSSS !!!
We found the solution :
It was a set of rules in microsoft operation manager 2005 which request on ica and xml citrix ports. It's an utility which can be used alone (not only with MOM)
We stopped theses rules and since 1 week : NO problems.
We are looking if problems come back.

I've a new info, I try this :
I've untick netbios over TCP IP (netcard properties) on a server which loose the domain
I click OK
Then I tick it again
and all works fine !
now we focus on netbios, can you say me if netbios is mandatory for MS network especially for sharing : I think...

40 windows 2000 SP4 server with citrix 1,8
5 distant sites, with on each site
2 NT 4 BDC
approx. 8 windows 2000 SP4 server with citrix 1,8
wins, dhcp, dns on each site
Server Type : DELL with intel or broadcom...
