    Printing Duotone files from PS PDFs in Illustrator v12

    I've built a brochure in Photoshop CS and converted the color mode to Duotone. I've saved it as a .PDF file and gave it to my printer. He says when he opens it up in Illustrator (I assume to seperate the colors for plate printing) it comes out as CMYK and doesn't know where to go from there...
