Thanks for all your efforts. I think it's the CPU fan. No power is getting to the HD's. It quits immediately after a hard reboot. I read that Win2k is very picky on RAM. Could it be a RAM issue???

The fan jumps, so I know it's getting power but that's it. Could it be from over-heating? What is the best way to troubleshoot? I have an AMD K62 with 128 Ram, and two HD's. I installed the Win2k and it restarted / converted everything fine... then it went black...??? Tia, David
