EXPSRV.DLL error

EXPSRV.DLL error
I am trying to create a package for an application using the Package and Deployment Wizard. I created the package succesfully but when I go to install the application the installation fails saying that there was an error with the C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\EXPSRV.DLL.
