It doesn't tell me exactly where the error occurs, I can have 100 of these messages throughout the code on my site, how would I know in the log which file it came from, and which error handling code it was from (line # in the code...

    You're sending the variable in the form and asking for it from the url address try putting request.form("Family") instead of String(Request("Family"));
