I am not an expert at this so I am not sure how to do the test you suggested. I had nortel training 10 years ago and have mostly been doing moves, add and changes via MAT software. Deciphering error codes on 81C
When I conv 003f I get error npr601 (tried several variations) When I conv 0c26 I get 12 0 9 2 The problem is that 12 0 9 is an empty slot. Never has been configured. Never had a card installed.- TDuncan0001

Deciphering error codes on 81C
I have a similar problem on an option 51c. I keep getting AUD335 messages like this AUD335 0 0 003FCA0C 00000C26 and then all zero's AUD335 0 0 003FDE5C 00000C26 and then all zero's I understand it is a lost call but I am getting 4, 5 or 6 of them on a contiueing basis. Any ideas?- TDuncan0001
