Just to let you know I found the problem, I looked at the pictures my tech took when he installed the T1 card and noticed the system did not have a service card in it. After installing the card I was able to set the lines to auto answer and everything work fine. Thanks for the help. Chris

Yes the branch has DID setup on there phones so the target lines are already set for the exentions. I can see the call coming into the router and I can see in the system that one of the lines on the T1 goes busy. It is just not ringing the phone I am calling. Thanks for the Post.
