I am introducing a new location in to our dial plan. I am going to set the site up in Call Manager and have the site connected thru a 2811 Router running H323. The problem I need help with is the site's DID numbers are 46XX I already have 46XX numbers at our Main office so I am going to have to...
Just to let you know I found the problem, I looked at the pictures my tech took when he installed the T1 card and noticed the system did not have a service card in it. After installing the card I was able to set the lines to auto answer and everything work fine.
Thanks for the help.

I tried setting them up as Immediate that same way as the DID, they do the same thing, just ring and ring. If I change the Answer mode to Auto like the book says, when I call there I just get a fast busy on my end. I can still dial out from that location I just can't call them at all.

I am looking for replacement Handset cords for my 7971 phones. I think they are called Mod Grey? I would like to have them in a longer length than the 6ft they came with. Can anyone suggest a place that I can purchase these?
I am using a Cisco 6513 switch powering Cisco 7971 phones from Call Manager 4.1, some of the phones are losing CDP with the switch. Then they just set there and saying Configuring IP, I can shut and no shut the port and they will come back up. Any suggestions.
