In my experience -- 2003 server, SSC from NAV9, the product simply will NOT work.
So, what you do is TURN OFF terminal services (cpaned, add/remove sw, etc..) then TURN ON "Remote Desktop" (cpanel, system, remote..)

No offense - I've been a field hands-on Win admin for 12 years. Unless you're admining either a Citrix/TermServ farm OR Homogenous (identical, IDENTICAL) hardware/software environment -- roaming profiles are just asking for trouble.

I agree with the general process -- and I'd like to add these three comments:
1) Scan using another PC. Do it while you're making a backup. (i.e. if the drive shows up as E: on the 2nd PC, do "xcopy *.* c:\Backup /e/c/h" from the E: dos prompt) [start, run.. cmd, OK...
There should be no need -- RTVScan.exe will scan each download when it's written to disk, and/or when executed.
That's what "real time" scanning is all about -- not requiring applications (or end-users) to be aware of scanning practices.
Frankly, I don't know what anyone would use those kinds...
