I should pint out that I fixed this problem, and I will outline what fixed it if anybody in the future has this problem.
In the data source properties, there is sytem dsn, I had to add the topspeed driver there.
thats it, fixed.
I figured it out, in the MSSQL settings I found a box with drivers. it had several different drivers, but no topspeed driver. I added it, then changed the logon to use NT authorization and VOILA! reports on the web.

Funny thing is... I am the DBA. There is no username password that I know of. If we use Crystal 9, it works fine, and access the DB fine, only the RAS with eportfolio lite, is giving me trouble.
Hello I am using Crystal 9 RAS, I have everything working fine, but when I save a report without data, so the user can refresh it, it ask for a TOPSPEED ODBC login. We use Topspeed data files, but I can't seem to find the correct login, help?

Now thats an interesting idea, write a clarion front end, to access the rock solid db2 based AS/400 database... If you figure this one out, let me know. I like everything about clarion, except the .tps files seem a little bit 'delicate'.
