Xerox wants $550 for a 20GB hard drive upgrade. That seems a little steep for what ends up being a 2.5" laptop IDE drive that can be had for $100. Unfortunately I hooked up a spare laptop drive on the printer and it doesn't work. It's either a jumper setting, hard drive format, or software...
