error "can't find project or library"

Docs Open Versions - Limit on number?

We're using Docs Open 4.0.0 and Word XP. One of my users edited version #30 and wanted to do a Save-As to create version #31, but the "new version" option was grayed out. Does anyone know if there's a limit to the number of versions that can be created under one document profile? Thanks!
