Hey -
I've downloaded some true-type fonts, but I can't figure out how to use them in Office programs. It seems like I've done this before, but I don't know what to do this time.
Has anyone used 3rd party fonts with Office?
Thanks for your help! cgwillard

It sounds simple, but I can't tell from this. Would you like to send me the file, and I'll see what I can do to help? cgwillard

I only have experience with ArcServe, and I have been pleased with it. I would recommend it. Just be sure you purchase a tape drive/library that will accommodate future growth. cgwillard

Does anyone have experience/exposure to RF devices (wireless bar code scanners) with SAP? Our implementation team is working on this, but I thought I would send out a feeler to see if anyone has any suggestions or tips on how to make it work. cgwillard

We have been able to set up a rule to prevent using any websites, but that's a little too restrictive for us. We're looking for a way to block just the most "naughty" sites. We selected a couple of characteristics from Raptor's list (nudity and occult, I think), but it wouldn't allow...
We are using a Raptor Firewall (version 6.something), and we don't know how to block our users from accessing bad sites. Has anyone set up a rating like this? Do you have any advice for us? Any help would be appreciated.

Did you upgrade your ArcServe Exchange agent when you upgraded ArcServe? When you set up your backup jobs in ArcServe, did you set up the security for that backup agent (I think ArcServe suggests "dbagent")? Can you try a brick-level backup just to test the communication? cgwillard...
I don't know if you're still having trouble, but here's some advice...
Make sure the users are selecting the meeting room as a "Resource", not sending the mail "to" or "cc" that meeting room.
Additionally, in Outlook under Tools - Options - Calendar Options...
I am having a similar situation. Even though we have selected "show 12 months" for our meeting rooms, only a few months are showing. What's more confusing is that some rooms show 2 months, some show 3 or 8 months, and others show 12 months. Any advice for me? cgwillard

In Outlook - here's where you need to go.
Click Tools, then Services
Select Microsoft Exchange Server
Click Properties
Advanced Tab
"Open these additional mailboxes"
Click Add
Type user's name
Click OK
This will allow user Y to open any folder that user X has given user Y permission...
I HAVE set the option to publish 12 months of activity for about a dozen of our mailboxes (used for meeting rooms). I have opened the mailbox in Outlook and set the calendar to publish 12 months of free/busy information. After the 15-minute wait for the server to update, these calendars still...
