Plain Text and old signature problem in email responses - Outlook 2002
There is a guy in my office that is having trouble with replying to emails. When writing a new email to someone, everything acts normally, HTML format, correct signature, etc. When he attempts to reply to an email, it changes it to Plain Text format, and inserts some old signature.
