    'Model' Command?

Hi Frank, 'hinv -c processor | grep MHZ' gives me the following result: 4 225 MHZ IP27 Processors Looks like it's an Origin 2000 series workstation. Thanks again for your help, Lisa

    'Model' Command?

Hi, Thanks for your response. I found 'HOSTTYPE=iris4d' using 'env' and assumed this meant that I'm on a 4d model from the Iris series. Wrong? Also I am telneting from my Windows-based pc. Lisa

    'Model' Command?

Hi, Is there a 'model' command for IRIX? I'm trying to get the model# for a computer that I use via telnet, but do not have physical access to. I've tried 'hinv', but that does not give the computer's model. Thanks, Lisa
