I have set up the audiocode using H323 and the analogue extension works fine. I am unable to use the transfer facility can anyone advise if this is an available feature and how it is set up.

I have received a message on my Call Pilot system saying the IMA service is no longer running. I have checked services and it shows as started,do I need to stop and restart this service to clear this fault?
My fault is very similar to one you describe but I have proved this to be a baystack issue, it could be worth providing power for one of the suspect phones from a power block rather than from your baystack and see if this cures thr problem.
Are you using the Baystack 460-24T-pwr, how often does this happen and is it system wide.When did you deploy your kit.

Thanks for the info, the item regarding phones staying in local mode is the problem I am having but the patch for this is for 3.7. I am running 3.6 is there a patch for this level of software.
I have a number of SRGs registered to a CS1000 running 4.0 I am finding that if I get a network issue various phones on the SRGs get stuck in local mode and the only way to get them to register to the main office is to reboot the SRG. The SRGs sre running on 3.6 s/w.
