hmmmm good question i should have specified, when i think about it, it's Photoshop having this issue. we also have billing software (technesis....boy do i hate that sucker). i've noticed if i let the print go all the way through pshop, then bill it that this sometimes helps but not in this case...- hellasnow

i'm having a problem with some users sending to an HP design jet 5000ps. for some reason their prints spool with no problems yet once it plots it will always cut the plot off about 3/4 of the way through, then sends out a blank plot the size of the sheet that was sent with an error reading...- hellasnow
