    Asks for blank tape!

    I use a DDS-3 tapes (12GB/24GB) to backup data is under 12GB. However, it always asks for a blank tape after backing up around 11.2GB. Any suggestion would be appreciate. Thanks,

    I think all data already detroyed after you "reformated the machine." Unless you only reformated C: drive, probably data still in D: drive. Unable use CTRL+ ALT+ DEL to login after formated your hard drive in NT? Check partition size. Otherwise, you may have a bad keyboard :)

    Donal, Did stop Norton anti virus and its services PRIOR to install Arcsev 2000 and its backup agents?
