You didn't mention if you have applied all the latest patches for 7.2. If not, you can download from
http://www.captaris.com/support/downloads/rightfax/72/index.html .
The software comes with one year support service on purchase, you should be able to call Captaris Support for help.
As your post was a month ago, I assume that you probably have fixed the problem with Service Pack 1.
