Thanks Turk, Can you provide any links or further info on how this would be implemented. Is this what's referrred to as "impersonation" within Crystal? (I've been on the internet all morning trying to find a solution.)- JohnCosta

Vidru, Thanks for your quick reply, but I'm still posed with an authentication problem. I modifed the startup account for Crystal RAS on my web server. However, now when users run the reports, it's not there own user ID that is validated against SQL-Server, it's the account that Crystal RAS...- JohnCosta
