Phaser 300X Creases lead edge
No luck with the cleaning ... still there, but one thing, the crease is not as severe using thinner stock. Am guessing it's something to do with the fuser roller pressure and/or alignment. Looks like it may be time to put the old girl out to pasture if there is no available fix. Pity tho, cos...- pbee

Thanx Marty .. yep blast from the past is right :o) Your fuser idea makes sense cos I have stopped the machine in mid cycle, and the crease seems to occur during exit. Will have a go at cleaning fuser as per the manual and hope it works. Tnx agn.- pbee

Phaser 300X Creases lead edge
Have a 300X that has a page count of 2500 so not overworked. Have just put back into service,and there is a crease beginning on lead edge in the centre and trailing back down the page and outwards. Have tried new packs of 90 gsm lasertec paper with no difference, and have cleaned all feed...- pbee
