I created a 2003 vm on ESX 3 host (one processor). I P2V a W2K advanced server image (was on a 4 processor physical machine). Getting an error when trying to upgrade to 2003 Enterprise. Error is " File \$WIN_NT$.~BT\ntkrnlmp.exe could not b e loaded" Error Code 7

I've just taken over a Win2K data shared server. Is there a tool or a way to find what folders as specific user has rights to, and if necessary remove that user from folders.
The user was a the top level and was removed but I am now finding the user has rights to specific folders buried further...
Inherited a server, account appears to be regular user, but when I try to delete its says can not delete because it is a built-in account. Account looks like this:
User Name = Joe, Full-Name = Joe; Comments = User Account

I have a Notes Database that I need to convert to something else...Notes will no longer be available. Is there another data base product that would make the conversion fairly simple without alot of rekeying info
