Problem solved. We called in a tech and he completely reprogrammed the station. Funny how calling in the professoinals seems to work every time... ;)- RabidCougar

Correction: We had all the mappings stored in a spreadsheet for referece, but somehow one of the extensions became unassigned where is was assigned last week. Reassigning it took care of one of the blinking LED's. So ignore my first 2 sentences in the above post.- RabidCougar

That's odd. The LED's that are blinking are mapped to a LEN that has an extension signed to them. The card belonging to the non-working phone is at PIM1, LT01, has 4 ports, LEN's 0068-0071. I hope I got the terms correct. I don't know what these things are called--I'm going by what I see in the...- RabidCougar
