    java VM locks up on IRIX

    I have a multi threaded program to poll SNMP devices using adventnet API. The java VM locks up on IRIX 6.5.27 with java 1.4.1_06. The same program works fine on HP UX and Sun Solaris or Linux. What could be the problem?
