Our Call Pilot server (5.0) is connected to Exchange but we also need to send voicemails to other external email servers. Does anyone know how to do this?

Our Call Pilot server (version 5.0) is connected to an Exchange server but we also need to send voicemails to other external servers. Does anyone know where this is configured?

I want to determine how many digital and analog line cards I have in my CS1000 PBXs. Does anyone know of a command to list or count the number of cards?
Thanks!!!
Has anyone ever connected a Polycom 5000 or 7000 or any IP based Polycom on a CS1000 switch? If so, what licence does it need: Third Party SIP? Any issues with the installation?
Thanks,

Thanks TGD ! Yes, I left the Tlan and Elan unplugged for five minutes. I will check the settings as per your suggestion. (I've also opened a ticket with Avaya...they are investigating.)
When I unplug the Tlan the alternate NRS does NOT take over. The alternate is located in another CS1K about 10 miles away, connected via SIP trunks over our private ethernet network.
No...we are not using Session Manager. We are using sig servers with one as primary and the other as backup. They are connected via SIP trunking. (Which is a problem because when the primary sig server is not operational, we lose the SIP trunking.)
We have two networked CS1000 switches at release 7.5. When the primary signalling server is down, the backup NRS is supposed to become active but this doesn't happen. (If I gracefully disable the primary NRS then the backup does become active...but recently the primary sig server failed and the...
We are trying to program the OSN set for use with the Emergency Services feature and keep getting a SCH code saying that we can't program OSN for a set that has Virtual Office. We disable the Virtual Office feature for the CS1000 rls 7.5 and still kept getting the same error.
Any suggestions...
Good day:
We want to start using Emergency Services on our two CS1000 (rls 7.5) switches and our vendor tells us that we first have to eliminate the ten DNs in the range 9110 > 9119. Our access code is 4. Given that the users will be dialling 4 + 911, does anyone out there know of a workaround...
Does anyone know how many sets can be configured with the same MCD DN on a CS1K (rls 7.5) ? A coworker has suggested that the limit is 32 sets...but I can't find this anywhere in the NTPs.
Thanks,

Good day:
I have a CS1000 PBX with 4,500 users and it is connected to Call Pilot via MGATE cards. PBX at rls 7.5 and Call Pilot at 5.0. In the past two days we have had about 70 users open tickets because they cannot use the "#" sign when trying to access Call Pilot. I reset the MGATE cards but...
I can ping all other IP related components of my two networked CS1Ks (VGMCs, sig servers, etc) but can't ping the call servers of either PBX. They are at rls 5.5. Any suggestions? Thanks!!
I have two CS1Ks at 5.5...but want to upgrade one to 7.5. The swtiches are networked via IP trunks and the primary NRS would be at the 7.5 switch. Does anyone know if this is possible? Thanks!
I recently changed the IP node address and all the IP sets had to be power cycled to obtain the new address from the DHCP server. Rebooting the sig servers had no effect. Had 4,000 users out of service! Anyone have any thoughts as to why the sets needed to be power cycled? Thanks!
