    Hi, Get a utility called BR7, open the contsupp.dbf file and see whether there are any entries marked with DEL and refering emails addresses. Only works if you have not done a maintenance. if they are there, you can undelete...if there are no enbtries whatsoever referring to the email affress...

    Hi, Try sticking the templates in thepublic sector. Once a template gets merged to, a new document is created, and should not affect the template. By using the public sector, people can't alter the templates.

    Hi, It basically means that GoldMIne can't find the z drive. Do you have the z drive mapped? Also, to force GoldMine to open correctly, you can use the GM.ini file (in the goldmine root folder on the server) to define which path to use. It would look something like: [GoldMine]...
