Arcserve v11.1 crash during backup..
Hi. Our Arcserve totaly crash sometimes during backup process. I'm quite sure that there's some problem between arcserve and our f-secure antivirus for windows server v5.50, but so far i have been unable to detect it. ArcServe crash without any given reason..
Our Arcserve v11.1 has recently began crash randomly during the backup process. There is no any specific reason for crashes, sometimes it will backup whole the drive, sometimes it backups C: drive, sometimes C and D, and sometimes nothing. What could cause this problem?
