    I have a CME 7.1 with PRI. I want to display only 1 name for all phones on my PRI calls. I can get 1 number display with a voice-translation no problem but can't get 1 name to display. Can anyone help?

    CallPilot Tandberg Backup Not Starting

    It is 702 tower and yes it is in device manager and it will do a manual backup. Updated drivers and still won't run Scheduled Backup. Been on holidays and have not had time to go back.

    I have CP 4.0 and have added peps to the server and now the Tandberg Drive Schedule will not run. The CP server shows me no errors. The schedule just disappears after the time lapses. However I CAN do a manual backup. Before I remove and change the Peps does anyone have a solution for me.
