How do you make a user no log, but still can be sued to?

On Sco UNIX I need to make a user be a no log user, but other users can still su to it. Is there an attribute that will allow me to do this type of action? I've searched through the userls command and found the attribute suOnly, but am really not sure what that is, can anyone help? Thanks, SNSA
