We have a small call center operating on an IP Office 500V2. We've got another site that runs a different hosted system. It looks like connecting the two with a SIP trunk would not be hard, but how would i add those users to my IP Office hunt groups?
I'm considering what our next phone system should be. We've been on IP office for 15 years. We use IP Dect, we have a small call center, and 2 PRI's for trunk delivery. Must be on-prem. Any suggestions for a new system to consider?
I have a user insisting that one-x used to allow only a single user in a voicemail box at one time, and now its not enforcing that. I can't find anything in the documentation or configuration about this. This is not a program I know well. Does anyone have experience in this area?

we have a site at the other send of an SCN who's group indicator lights just randomly stopped working. The groups are on a seperate system. We've rebooted, deleted and re-added people, togged direct media settings, etc. Any idea what else to try? on v9.0.12
When I add a user appearance over the SCN I'm not seeing the status info that I get when the user is local. The light does not blink when the user is on the call, or go solid when they are on DND. Is this normal?
loging into my voicemail pro and getting "this user does not have necessary rights to access this application". Running 9.0.0.333 and Windows 8.1. Anyone have any idea whats up. Works from other desktops.
I just got a new 800 number and the calls are not following the call route I setup. These calls show up in the monitor as comming in on my local line and don't show the phone number for this new 800 number. Am I right to assume that this is a phone company problem, and not my issue.

I need a way to do call reporting based on hunt groups. The catch is that our users do not login into the group - all the logging I am finding is based on the user logging in and not each extension. Anyone have any idea how to get this data?
