    Bind Error 10048

    Need help with the following error in WIN XP. On boot-up after reaching the desktop an error message box reads: "error 10048 in function bind. Address already in use." This error is reported, I believe, by the program mosso.exe. Does anyone have knowledge on this? Thanks,
