    CFNA

    I have one extention that if one of the other extentions are busy it pops up on that extention "CFNA 01########" but i dont want it to go there its a differant department. But i can't don't know where to look to remove it.. # Any suggestions

    System Problem

    Came into work this morning and we have had a power cut over night. Our phone system will not allow incoming or outgoing calls, when we press 9 for an outside line it doesn't do anything. Any suggestions on what we can check ?

    Suggestions for Second Line

    We currently use a web based dialler with out Meridian switch but this means our 15 agents DDIs are always engaged. We need them to be able to take incoming calls so can i set a hunt group up on another Key ? If i can do this can someone help me with it. Thanks

    Meridian1 Password Help

    I know it has been covered before but i'm really struggling with this. We've not logged on the system for about 6 months, trying to log on today and it won't accept the password. We know it was set to default 0000 We are only a small call centre so don't have a support contract with anyone...
