Windows 98 boots to the wallpaper then.....nothing.
Everytime I go to boot up win 98 my wallpaper comes up, no icons appear and then the starup menu (Explorer bar) flashes on then off for a brief second......Then nothing! I have a compaq deskpro-EN that used to work just fine.... I don't have the original 98 CD-ROM I've used every boot disk I...- windowsblows
