    M3904 Soft Keys not working

    I just replaced an M3903 with an M3904. The soft keys will not display any functions, except for the "forward" key. This is an OPT11C with Rel24 software. The M3904 is REL2 My experience is very limited. so please. anyone can guide me as to what is wrong
