Im new to Cisco UCCE and could use some help
A few agents trying to log in are getting a message "CTI Warning: Error 10160 Invalid Phone Configuration"
Everything looks OK, a've searched heere and google haven't found anything, what am I missing?

We have a tie trunk between a S8300 and a non-avaya system. Calls dialed manualy are hanging, the switch sends a bunch of dial strings:
09:29:23 Calling party station 8656 cid 0x7cb

I'm setting up crisis alerting, I'm not sure how to place a call that will get to 911 with it in place. Still searching older posts but would appreciate any help.

We just got a S8300 and if a call to ext. 26XX goes to coverage the system works corectly, but calls for ext. 86XX coveragte hits the voicemail system and get a message " Extension 0000 please wait", and the call routes to the receptionist. Messaging server administration is set for subscribers...
I have a remote site where a manager is trying to service observe an escalation queue. She dials the SO FAC and the VDN, will hear the messages and hold music while the call is in queue, when the call connects she hears a ring then goes back to the queue instead of staying with the first call...
We have a user with an IP phone and if he is on a normal call all is well but if it's a conference call the other parties can't hear him at all. I'm looking through old posts but could use some help

In list ipserver interface what do the C P E G stand forand what does a 1 mean? I know zero is good I'm searching old threads but nor finding it.

My Val manager worked fine but now on one of my system I get a "no announcement boards and audio groups detected" message. I've relocated and am on a VPN now, but ASA works fine and Val manager is connecting.
Any thoughts?

We have take back and transfer on some of our service numbers, works great manually punching *8 on the phone, but CTI is not working right. I heard there
is a tag that has to be set to sent the DTMF onvr the inband signal, does this sound familiar ro anyone?

We changed a switch ID from 1 to 4 to DCS with another system and can't get the Audix link up. In Audix we set the host switch to 4 and put in the IP of the CLan and port number that matches the switch. When I update I get a message:

Does not play well with others
We have given agents on a project v/m that customers who call back use to leave messages for the agent that helped them the first call. Supervisors are looking for a way to ensure that messages are being retrieved. Could internet messaging be used to alert the supervisor a day before a unread...
I am trying to find where to change the loss group table on a G3rV7. I've looked everywhere I can think of. Could it be that my login doesn't have the permitions, or that it's not changable on the switch, or I'm having another senior moment.

One of our call centers has a new project starting where cusomers will be able to make a follow up call to the agent they spoke to the first time, and leave a voice mail if the agent is unavailable. Supervisors are looking for a way to see if messages have been retrieved. Building...
One of our CMS machines isn't doing it's daily archives and just gives " GENERAL error internal to process: Unable to successfully complete archiving."
Has anyone seen this before?

Clients reported a problem with our remote monitoring system, saying they could here the agent but not the customer. I checked it out and the remote monitoring call is being treated as a ACD call and I can talk to the agent.

I've been looking for a way to prevent "Dial ahead discarded" messages in my event logs and haven't found anything. They are coming in so fast they drive out events that might point to a real problem with a vector.
I hope someone has the answer to this one
