However, the :P_STATUS Parameter can be either 0, 1 or 2 (ALL).
I tried an IF/THEN/ELSE statement in the SQL below - but it doesn't...

Once again having an issue with exporting a "Highly-Formatted" Crystal Reports 2008 file to EXCEL format.
Not sure what I hate more the EXCEL export routines from Crystal, or the customers who love the PDF version of the export - and want it to be "exactly" the same in EXCEL format.
I have...

I have a report made up of three (3) tables -

There can be MEETING details for a single CASE_ID in both MEETING tables - but I only want to show the details of BOARD_MEETING or COMM_MEETING based on the...
Crystal 2008 against an Oracle 10g Stored Procedure using Crystal "Oracle Native" connection..
The report runs MUCH slower when running against the Stored Procedure - vs a RPT that goes against a TABLE or VIEW.
It is also MUCH slower than running the Stored Procedure via TOAD, etc with same...

Is there any way to support that increased level of decimal-detail in...
Migrating a report from CR-9 to CR-2008 which uses the "Oracle Native" driver (Oracle 9i).
There are a large number of LINKED tables with LEFT-OUTER JOINS in the Query which runs fine in CR-9.
In CR-9, the SQL is executed with the LEFT-OUTER JOINS in the WHERE statement -

Anyone know if there is a SPANISH InfoView 3.1 Guide...?
Based on the naming of the EN and FR which I found in the SAP MarketPlace, I would expect the file to be called xi3-1_bip_user_es.pdf - but I have had no luck finding it.
Anyone know if one exists, and if so - how to find it...
In CR-2008 it allows you to define your own Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations (XSLT) to be used during an Export to XML.
There is a "link" in the CR-2008 application to samples of different XSLTs...but it points to the old Business Objects website (now dead).
Anyone know where...
BOE-XI (R2)
We get a sporadic problem, when we have a large number of reports that are set-up for e-mail distribution around the same time.
The SMTP server threads get overwhelmed and some of the instances FAIL or do not get delivered to the e-mail recipient.
We have increased the SMTP...
We have some PENDING report instances that are dependent upon TXT files that are created by an Oracle process on a different physical server - which is monitored by the BOE servers using a UNC-path.
This all works fine, except when the various servers are rebooted for monthly "Microsoft...

Started setting-up a SANDBOX yesterday of BOE-XI (Release 3.1) on a "Clean" Windows Server (64-bit) OS.
I hit a couple of issues that I think may be related to the DEFAULT "Program Files" location on the OS being...
C:\Program Files (x86)\
...rather than...
C:\Program Files\
