Can't call out but gets calls in. ??
Hi, I'm having an issue with my nbx 100. I have 5 lines and one of them will accept calls in but will not dail out. The user gets a few seconds of silence and then the display panel comes back up. Call Reporting
On outgoing call reports there is a column that says notes. Under it there are toll free, local and long distance calls but there is also one that says internal.
