Previously agents pressed "in-calls" and were able to log in. The 'in calls" button's red light stayed lit so they knew they were logged in.

is there a way to block outgoing calls except <9, 911> unless the user enters 10 or more digits?
We are just getting used to needing 10 digits.
Presently if you dial <9, 7 digits> the call rings a few times before the operator gives the notification...

I have programmed several hotlines on a telephone set and would like to identify these, with a descriptive label so the user can tell them apart.
