Using Genesys for call routing in combo with Meridian 2216 as the phone. How do you change the NCOS on the 2216 agent phone without effecting the call routing to that phone via Genesys?
Any ideas?
We would like the CDR activated on our Meridian 1- succession 3... but i know we are using the port, i think for package C reporting. Is there a way we can dump the reports onto a computer used for maintenance with procomm on it? if yes, what are the steps we should be taking?

Any idea on how to set up a call timer for an acd phone.. we do not have full symposium, just basic acd package, with meridian 1 with succession 3..with Genesys 6.5
i tried using program button and activated call timer but it does not work.. what do i do?
