Caller ID goofy
Hey all.. Option 11/Succession 3.0 New install, but TN data pulled from another Opt 11. Inbound calls are showing up as "Human Reqources" on various sets with the CID number display under it. DCFW to a phantom TN
Rather than give users the capacity to cfwd to an external number, we give them a phantom that's dcfw'd to an external # to allow them to fwd to a 4 digit dn that goes to their cell phone, home, whatever.
