Troubleshooting an Avaya J-series phone using an Audiocodes M800 as a proxy not passing on PPM
Hello Avaya Experts, We have a depoyment using Avaya Aura R8 at the Core with Audiocodes M800s as a Branch gateway and phones proxy the registration via the M800 to be able to do SIPREC to a recording server and also provide SIP trunks. We have an issue that only one of the gateway works...- jprzjr

Using wireshark to do a call trace on Avaya J-series, Avaya Vantage and Avaya Workplace client
Hello Avaya Professionals, I'm using wireshark to analyse the SIP traffic between the Workplace client and the Avaya Vantage K155.
