Are you sure you are plugged into the same line port as before? There is a 5th jack for PFT, did you accidentally plug into that, instead of the correct line jack?

Have a Magix customer migrating to IP Office. They want to reuse their mix of 4412 and 4406 sets. I am aware of the limitation of 27 - 4412 sets on a DS-30, but can I use those last 3 ports for 4406 sets?

Is there any logical reason I can't remove Logical ID 01 from being an operator? Magix R3, 024TDL in the first slot, customer doesn't want an operator extension, and needs 24-4412 sets. It will let me remove all the other operators, but beeps at me when trying to remove the 1st one.
Moving a customer's Legend with Audix voice mail tomorrow. Is there a "correct" way to shut down the Audix prior to the move, other than just pulling the plug on it? And is there a correct way to restart it at the new location?
