We recently changed from windows to 11.2 app server linux for VMpro.
Everything working great, but the voicemail pro service keeps stopping at random times...
We log into IP:7071 and click "start" and it comes right back up...
Is there any way to make it auto recover or send me a message when...
So we have huntgroups in remote site B
From site A we can one touch transfer to the huntgroup in site B.
This works OK - but it doesn't let the caller "hear" whats going on until the operator transfering the call hangs up.
So don't hear all of the huntgroups annoucement.

Does a centralized VMPro server need to be reachable from other sites on a SNC?
For example: We plan to have a main physical IP office v2 500 . But the VMpro is in AWS.
This main VMpro is the "host" for voicemail, or however you say it.
The IP office at main site can ping and has access to AWS...
