Since Avaya dropped support on VMPro for Microsoft SQL and MySQL we are only left with Postgresql.
Support pages and Avaya Support confirmed that only Postgresql 9.6 is compatible with vmpro on IPO R11.

A bit a last resort question here as Avaya does not want to help without a DECT support contract and the provider is pointing at the pbx as the issue.
