please advise if this is possible

I need to build a user account in my PBX for my vendor.
I have a AVAYA CM PBX 6.0
I use to have 2 8000 series servers A and B and was able to build accounts for admin users.
We just installed a new Avaya system manager 8.0.1.2
My question is: where do I build admin accounts now for...
I'm trying to see how many available analog ports I have left in PBX. List config all shows me all the ports.I need to know whats available. Is there a command for that?
