Line Appearance and Appearance key ring simultaneously
I have a customer that has 1416 phones. The trunking is a fractional PRI with 12 channels. The first 6 keys are line appearances for the first 6 channels of the PRI which 200 Main is the destination. Toshiba DKT-3000 & 3200 series phones
Can anyone tell me how to convert Toshiba DKT-3020 or 3220 phone to 10 button and vise-versa. In the 2000 series there are jumpers clearly mark for this purpose. In the 3000 & 3200 series I cannot find any difference on the board between 10 and 20 button phones other than the L.E.D. driver...- phonebusters
