Concierge - Openscape 4000 V8
We are using Concierge, so incoming calls are "answered" by Concierge after one ring and then queued for an operator. A third party call logger effectively looses sight of the call during that time and only sees it again when its been connected to a station. Is there a module for Concierge that...- AndyJ2000
