    MICROS not allowing amount auto service charge

    Hi, I am trying to add a set $5 tray charge to our IRD outlet but it will not let me charge an amount. Under Configurator/Sales/Service Charges, if I put in a percentage, it will apply a percentage service charge, but if I delete the percent and put in a dollar figure in Amount, it will show up...
