I just figured out after trying a bunch of things, when a 2420 phone displays this on page 1 of a Sta Sta xxxx after busy and releasing it, try a test sta XXXX, and it seems to pop right up and fills in the numbers on the phone screen. Our switch doesn't have a refresh terminal access...- The Jimmer
