    hi i want my callers to leave voice messages on night mode when i`m not at office. how to direct them to SVM in disa settings? right now it just plays some out of working time message for callers.

    answering calls on ringing icd with dss keys on ns700

    hi i cant answer a ringing line on some ICD group or DIL to an extension from other extensions by using DSS keys! i want other extensions to be able to answer ringing line if the ringing extension does not answer the call. how is that possible?
