I have Avaya IPO running on 11.0.4.2. In Avaya IX work place when I press on "Incoming call feature" I only see Send All Calls and Mobile twinning, I don't see call Forward!! Do I need to enable any thing in the IPO config to get this feature working on ix workplace?
